Kyiv • UNN
Ukraine's energy facilities escaped damage during Russia's massive missile attack, with only power lines damaged. So far, more than 230,000 people have been treated.
Only power lines were damaged in today's massive Russian missile attack against Ukraine. The energy facilities themselves remained unharmed. This was reported by Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine Svitlana Hrynchuk during a telethon, UNN reports.
Fortunately, only the power lines were damaged, and the energy facilities themselves were not damaged. At the same time, we understand that during all the massive attacks by the Russians since last year, energy facilities have been targeted by the Russians and they are always trying to destroy and damage our energy facilities. At the same time, this year we have much stronger air defense, we have implemented passive protection of energy facilities, and this greatly helps us to keep them intact
