Pevchikh became the head of the Navalny Foundation in March 2022. The Russian Federation recognized this organization as extremist and banned it.
In August of the same year, she was one of Navalny's associates who were prosecuted under articles on spreading "military fakes" and "justifying terrorism."
It is currently unknown under what criminal article the "foreign agent" is wanted.
