Russia put Kirill Budanov, the head of Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate, on the wanted list without specifying any specific charges; however, Russia had previously "accused" him of drone attacks.
The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has put the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, on the wanted list. This is reported by Russian media, UNN reports.

The database of the Russian agency does not indicate under which article Budanov is wanted.
In October, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation brought "charges" against him under Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code (terrorist act) for drone attacks on Russian territory between April 2022 and September 2023.
