According to RMA, the new building will have an area of  3200 square meters. It will take three months to complete, which will allow us to meet the needs of the business as quickly as possible.

"We are developing the industrial potential of the Kyiv region. Usually, the implementation of such typical  projects takes six months. The project will help build production capacity and develop new technologies," said Ruslan Kravchenko, head of the Kyiv RMA.

Bila Tserkva Industrial Park was founded in 2018. Its area is 24 hectares. More than 40 thousand square meters of industrial and warehouse space have already been built here. Today, the industrial park has 14 residents from various industries. The plan is to build another 52 thousand square meters of industrial space and attract additional investments worth almost $50 million.

"Kyiv region has one of the largest networks of industrial parks. There are 13 of them in total, 3 of which were registered over the past year. CRMA supports the development of industrial parks as much as possible. After all, these are investments for communities and new jobs. When choosing investment project locations, investors prefer pre-prepared sites with utilities. And this is extremely important, especially during the war. This significantly reduces the costs of production for companies. New production facilities mean the introduction of new technologies, including digital ones, the launch of new products, and the development of business infrastructure," Kravchenko emphasized.
