Kuleba to appeal to the SBU and the Ministry of Internal Affairs over the disruption of the heating season in Kryvyi Rih

Almost 1,000 homes in Kryvyi Rih are still without heat, affecting 130,000 customers, 11 hospitals and 43 educational institutions. Deputy Prime Minister Kuleba initiates an investigation and promises to restore heating by December 8.
Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction of Ukraine, Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksiy Kuleba will appeal to the Security Service and the Ministry of Internal Affairs to investigate the disruption of the heating season in Kryvyi Rih, UNN reports .
"The main issue is the heating season in the city (Kryvyi Rih - ed.). Almost 1000 houses are still without heat. These are 130 thousand subscribers, 11 hospitals, 43 educational institutions," Kuleba said on Telegram.
According to him, he held an operational headquarters on the heating season and heard reports from the city and regional authorities, Naftogaz, Kryvyi Rih CHP, and the State Energy Supervision Service on the reasons for the critical situation. As a result, we made a number of decisions.
"The city will have a headquarters for emergency response and heating. The head of the headquarters is my deputy Timur Tkachenko. Ukrenergo will not cut off electricity in the part of the city where there are problems with heating," the minister said.
The Ministry of Economic Development is also introducing special controls to ensure that no heating charges are made to those who have not actually received the service. Payments should be zero.
Now every region of the country must immediately take an inventory of the state of preparation of housing and communal services for the heating season.
"The Ministry of Development is also appealing to the Security Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs to disrupt the heating season in Kryvyi Rih," Kuleba emphasized.

Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Kuleba assuredthat heating in all houses in Kryvyi Rih will be connected by December 8. Currently, 934 homes are without heat.
