Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba told reporters before the EU Foreign Affairs Council meeting that today, for the first time since the beginning of Russia's large-scale invasion of Ukraine, he would personally meet with his Hungarian counterpart, Peter Szijjarto. 

As Euractiv wrote, the start of negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the European Union may be postponed until March 2024 because of Hungary.
