The occupiers launched the Zemsky Cultural Worker program to attract 1,100 russians to the TOT. They offer 2 million rubles for moving, but there are few people willing to do so because of the hostile attitude of the locals.

The Russians have launched the "Zemstvo Cultural Worker" program, which provides for the importation of workers from Russia to cultural centers in settlements in the temporarily occupied territories. This is reported by the Center of National Resistance (CNR), UNN reports .

Details

It is noted that under the program, the enemy plans to bring 1.1 thousand Russians to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. For agreeing to move to the TOT, they promise a one-time payment of 2 million rubles (about $14,000).

The touring artists will work in cultural centers and libraries. Mostly it is about villages and towns. At the same time, there are not many people willing to move to the TOT, despite the payments, because russians realize that they are enemies here and their career may be short-lived

- the CNS said in a statement.

According to the CNS, the reason for the program is the refusal of Ukrainians to work for the enemy and the massive departure, which led to a shortage of personnel in the industry.
