The head of the Kyiv MVA, Timur Tkachenko, announced at a meeting of the "Transparency and Accountability" working group that he had canceled the competition for managers of apartment buildings. This was reported by UNN with reference to Tkachenko's Telegram page.

Tkachenko noted that on March 21, he canceled the order of the head of the KMVA dated November 14, 2024, which allowed the district state administration to hold a competition for managers of apartment buildings. The reason for the cancellation was a violation of the law on regulatory policy, which was stated in the submission of the State Regulatory Service.
According to him, the document was signed without proper discussion with citizens. At the same time, the powers of local self-government were transferred to the head of the KMVA.

He also added that the SRS clearly stated at the meeting that the results of the competitions should be canceled.
