Representatives of Russia are working with refugees who fled Ukraine at the beginning of the war.
“This includes the creation of various societies, children's education, the church - all of which are used to make our Ukrainians lose their identity,” explained a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.
The goal is to convince people who fled the country because of the war not to return, said Vadym Skibitskyi.
Currently, the Kremlin is also using its accomplices, the so-called journalists from the occupied territory of Ukraine, who are spreading propaganda materials in Italy in favor of Russia.
This is a presentation of various fiction and documentary books allegedly about Ukraine's crimes in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions
In addition, Russia uses its media and pro-Russian figures to collect information on the occupied territory about Ukraine's military activities; this is sent to a number of European platforms to spread propaganda.
We expect that Russia will dump all this on the international community, justifying, first of all, its armed aggression
