Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko gave Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy a promise in the first days of Russia's full-scale invasion that Belarusians would not fight against Ukraine. This was stated by the head of the Servant of the People faction in parliament, David Arakhamia, in an interview with Natalia Moseychuk, UNN reports .
