"The Russians turned an ordinary day in the Korabelny district of Kherson into hell for people. For about half an hour, the occupiers continuously shelled residential buildings," Prokudin wrote.

Due to numerous "arrivals," according to him, a shop, a pharmacy, and apartments in high-rise buildings were damaged.

"The number of dead due to Russian strikes on the Korabelny district of Kherson has increased to four. It became known that another man received fatal injuries as a result of the attack. His identity is currently being established," Prokudin said.

According to him, four women and three men were wounded.

According to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, the Russian army shelled Kherson with artillery on April 7 at about 11:00. As reported by the National Police in the region, the enemy directed guided bombs at a school in Stepanivka. In the village, according to the prosecutor's office, five residents were injured, two of whom were boys aged 9 and 14.

"Enemy attacks claimed the lives of four civilians. Ten more were injured, including a child," the police cited the data received regarding the enemy shelling of Kherson and Stepanivka.
