The Kherson Regional Defense Council has banned civilians from visiting riverbanks and fortifications to protect them and strengthen the region's defense capabilities.

The Kherson Regional Defense Council has made several important decisions designed to protect civilians and strengthen the region's defense capabilities. In particular, civilians were banned from visiting the riverbanks and fortification sites. This was reported by the head of the Kherson RMA Oleksandr Prokudin, UNN reports.

A regular meeting of the Kherson Defense Council was held. Several important bans were adopted to protect civilians and strengthen the region's defense capabilities. First, the population is prohibited from visiting the coastal areas along the right bank of the Dnipro, Ingulets, Viryovchyna and Kosova rivers. Secondly, it is strictly forbidden to visit the areas where fortifications have been built or are being built, including along the riverside

He added that the decision of the Beryslav District Administration banned civilian traffic on the road T-04-03 Maryanske - Beryslav - /P-47/ on the section km 14 - km 71.

A detour will be organized for vehicles via the T-22-07-/T-04-03/Vysokopillia-Velyka Oleksandrivka-Beryslav road.

We are recording increased activity of Russian drones there. In two days, the enemy attacked three civilian vehicles, injuring four people. These decisions were made to protect local residents. Near Zolota Balka in the Kherson region , the Russian military attacked a civilian car with a kamikaze drone. A 44-year-old man and a 67-year-old woman were injured as a result of the drone's hit. Medics are providing assistance to the victims.
