How the "Podorozhnyk" pharmacy chain helps maintain the mobility of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Kyiv • UNN
As part of its support for Ukrainian defenders, the "Podorozhnyk" pharmacy chain regularly provides vehicles for their needs on the front lines and in front-line regions.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Ukrainian defenders have received 123 vehicles of various categories from "Podorozhnyk," including four-wheel drive pickups and specialized transport, UNN reports.
Pickups account for the largest share of the transferred vehicles—about 40%. Another approximately one-third of the transferred transport consists of vans and minibuses, while nearly a quarter are SUVs and crossovers.
The transferred vehicles are involved in performing various tasks to counter the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. The provided transport helps units move personnel faster, deliver cargo, evacuate the wounded, and carry out other logistical maneuvers.
"Podorozhnyk" ensures the purchase, repair, and preparation of vehicles for transfer to units through its own efforts in cooperation with partners and volunteers. Before being sent, the transport undergoes a technical inspection and retrofitting according to the needs of the military.
In parallel with the direct transfer of transport, "Podorozhnyk" supports the HeroCar program in cooperation with the Ruslan Shostak Charity Foundation. Previously, as part of joint initiatives, charitable souvenir model cars were sold in the chain's pharmacies, with the proceeds directed toward the purchase of transport for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In 2025, the cooperation between "Podorozhnyk" and HeroCar was extended. A "Patronatmobile" appeared in the network, created to support wounded defenders of the Third Army Corps and to strengthen the transport support of the "Angels of the Three" Patronage Service.
"Behind every transferred vehicle stands a team of employees, partners, volunteers, and military personnel, united by a common goal—to enhance the mobility of defenders and help them perform tasks more effectively," the "Podorozhnyk" pharmacy chain noted.
The "Podorozhnyk" pharmacy chain systematically supports the defenders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, medical institutions, and frontline communities. The company participates in charitable initiatives, transfers transport, medicines, and necessary equipment, and the total volume of assistance as of May 2026 reached 108 million UAH.
