Case details
Within the framework of the pre-trial investigation, it was established that at the beginning of 2020, officials of the Poltava branch of the State Enterprise "CSENSМ", in agreement with the head of the State Enterprise "Center for Certification and Expertise of Seeds and Planting Material", concluded contracts for the supply of grain of the future harvest. The subject of the contracts was defined as the supply of agricultural crops of their own production.
"Subsequently, the parties deliberately amended these contracts, canceling the requirements for mandatory consideration of market prices at the time of drawing up and signing the expenditure invoices. As a result, agricultural crops were sold at a price almost twice lower than the market price, which caused significant losses to the state enterprise," the SAP reported.
