"Today, the government has brought the procedure for maintaining the State Register of Property Damaged or Destroyed as a Result of Russian Aggression in line with current regulations. In particular, new register data on housing certificates, remote inspection reports are added, and the functionality of the Register is expanded," Shmyhal said on Telegram.

According to the government's representative in the Parliament, Taras Melnychuk, the procedure for maintaining the Register has expanded the list of information (documents) contained in the Register, added new register data on a housing certificate, an application for financing the purchase of housing, and a remote inspection report. The list has been supplemented with provisions on the electronic offices of the commission for remote inspection of destroyed real estate and the notary's electronic office, and the functionality of the ministry's electronic office has been expanded, Melnychuk added in Telegram .

The Prime Minister also reminded that this month the International Register of Losses was launched in The Hague as part of the International Compensation Mechanism. "During the first day of its operation alone, more than 500 appeals were received from victims of Russian aggression," Shmyhal said.

"We are working to ensure that everyone who has suffered losses from the Russian invaders realizes their right to compensation," the Prime Minister said.

Shmyhal predicts that the International Register of Losses will receive up to 8 million applicationsApr 2 2024, 11:35 AM • 24121 view
