Enemy launches air strike in Kostyantynivka and hits supermarket with X-38 missile - RMA

Russian troops launched an air strike with an X-38 missile on Konstantinovka, hitting a supermarket. As of 14:00, according to the RMA, there are 9 dead and 26 wounded, and other infrastructure facilities have been damaged. These figures differ from those provided earlier by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The head of the Donetsk regional military administration, Vadym Filashkin, reports that Russian troops have been found to have launched an air strike on Kostyantynivka with an X-38 missile and hit a supermarket, and that as of 14:00, 9 dead and 26 wounded are known to have been killed in the attack, UNN reports.

"9 dead and 26 wounded - this is the latest information on the strike on Kostyantynivka as of 2 p.m.," Filashkin wrote on Telegram.
These figures are different from those given by the Ministry of Internal Affairs: they reportedthat 10 people were killed and 35 others were wounded.
"It has been established that the enemy launched an air strike on the city with an X-38 missile and hit the supermarket," Filashkin said.
According to preliminary estimates, in addition to the supermarket, 4 private houses, 9 shops, a car wash, Nova Poshta, trade pavilions and 12 cars were damaged.
According to him, the authorities, police, rescuers, and medics continue to work at the scene of the crime.
