The head of the NSDC CCD said that Russia has created a stockpile of missiles for winter attacks. Ukraine has the resources to repel attacks, it is important to respond to alarms and destroy enemy military facilities, Kovalenko said.
The enemy has been stockpiling missiles for shelling Ukraine throughout the winter since the summer, said Andriy Kovalenko, head of the National Security and Defense Council's Center for Countering Disinformation, on Saturday, UNN reports.
