The head of the Bolhrad District Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support, as noted, "initiated an internal investigation into the violation of public order by the soldier and his unethical behavior towards other citizens.

Detailed circumstances of the incident are being established, the Odesa TCC said.

The command of the Odesa regional TCC and JV, as stated, "categorically condemns any manifestations of incorrect behavior, disrespectful attitude and violation of the law by subordinate personnel, as well as similar manifestations in society in relation to military personnel".

"Based on the results of the internal investigation, the perpetrators will be identified and brought to justice. The command is cooperating with law enforcement and military law enforcement agencies to objectively establish the circumstances and determine the degree of guilt of each participant in the incident," the TCC said.
