Transplant coordinator Halyna Hranovska saved two women with kidney failure by becoming a posthumous donor. UNN reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Health.

Halyna Hranovska, a 55-year-old transplant coordinator at the Khmelnytsky Regional Hospital, became a posthumous donor for two women with kidney failure. The woman had a congenital heart defect and vascular problems and suffered a stroke - doctors were unable to save her colleague. Halyna Hranovska's daughter Polina decided that her mother could save the lives of the patients and decided to donate posthumously.

I know for sure that my mother would have wanted this.

- Polina is convinced.

According to the doctor's daughter, whenever her mother was asked for help, she always responded - day and night.
