Due to cyclonic activity and atmospheric fronts, Ukraine will experience unstable weather with precipitation next week, especially in the western and northern regions - with cold air from the Baltic Sea and Scandinavia and possible frosts, while the southeastern regions will be abnormally warm.  This was reported by weather forecaster Igor Kibalchych to the Meteoprog publication, according to UNN.

Details

According to the weather forecast, over the next seven days, weather conditions are expected to be unstable, with fluctuations in air temperature and atmospheric pressure, as well as rains accompanied by thunderstorms and gusty winds.

"As a result of changes in synoptic processes over most of Europe, the weather in our country is forecast to be more unstable and wet compared to the first half of the month. Cyclonic activity and the intensification of atmospheric fronts against the background of low pressure will lead to rainfall, especially in the western and northern regions," Kibalcic said.

According to the forecaster, the air temperature will be extremely uneven across the country.

"The southeastern regions will continue to be in an abnormally warm air mass, while rather cold air from the Baltic Sea and the Scandinavian Peninsula will spread to the western and northwestern regions of Ukraine. Therefore, in the second half of the week, frosts are possible both on the soil surface and in some places in the air," Kibalchych said.
