295 combat engagements occurred on the front line on July 4 - General Staff

During the past day, July 4, 295 combat engagements occurred on the front line. The occupiers used two missiles and carried out 58 airstrikes, dropping 252 guided aerial bombs. This was reported by UNN with reference to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The enemy also used 8,799 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,775 shellings of populated areas and positions of Ukrainian troops. In particular, 46 shellings from multiple launch rocket systems were recorded.

Aviation, missile forces, and artillery of the Defense Forces struck seven command posts and six areas of concentration of enemy personnel. Russian troop losses amounted to 1,290 people.

Also, seven tanks, nine armored combat vehicles, 63 artillery systems, three multiple launch rocket systems, one air defense system, six ground robotic complexes, 1,628 unmanned aerial vehicles, and 462 units of enemy automotive equipment were neutralized.

In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, three combat engagements with the enemy took place over the past day; the aggressor carried out one airstrike, dropping one KAB, and conducted 62 shellings of our troops' positions and populated areas.

In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our units 15 times in the areas of the settlements of Starytsia, Synelnykove, Artilne, Kudiyivka, Vilcha, and towards Khatnie, Izbystske, Zarubynka, Shevyakivka.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attacked twice, towards Novoosynove and in the area of Kolisnykivka.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy tried nine times to break into the Lyman defense, attacking towards the settlements of Shyikivka, Stavky, Lyman, Druzheliubivka, Dibrova, and in the areas of Drobysheve, Novoselivka.

In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy stormed 25 times, towards the settlements of Kryva Luka, Rai-Oleksandrivka, and in the areas of Riznykivka and Zakitne.

In the Kramatorsk direction, two combat engagements occurred in the area of Markove and towards Tykhonivka.

In the Kostiantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 17 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Ivanopillia, and towards Dovha Balka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped 31 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Shakhove, Rodynske, Novooleksandrivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Hryshyne, and towards the settlements of Vilne, Kucheriv Yar, Novyi Donbas, Serhiivka, Shevchenko, Ivanivka, Bilytske.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked seven times in the areas of the settlements of Oleksandrohrad, Berezove, Ternove, Ivanivka.

In the Huliaipole direction, the occupiers carried out 38 attacks in the areas of Dobropillia, Zaliznychne, Sviatopetrivka, and towards the settlements of Vozdvyzhivka, Huliaipilske, Hirke, Tsvitkove, Charivne, Verkhnia Tersa, Staroukrainka, Kosivtseve.

In the Orikhiv direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped four attempts by the enemy to advance towards Lukianivske and Novodanylivka.

In the Dnipro direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions over the past day.
