On July 23, the Russians struck a multi-story building in Zaporizhzhia. 

Russian troops attacked Zaporizhzhia with five guided aerial bombs, damaging residential buildings and a private medical facility. The head of the Regional Military Administration reported 18 people in need of medical assistance.
