Power engineers are repairing the damaged equipment around the clock. The company has managed to restore electricity, heat and water supply to residents of Vinnytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv and Rivne regions. Currently, about 220,000 customers in Odesa Oblast, where the situation is the most difficult, and Dnipropetrovs'k Oblast are without power supply

According to him, water supply is being restored in Odesa. The city's water pumping stations have been powered, and industrial water is being supplied. Centralized heating is being restored. Important social facilities have been provided with generators, the Prime Minister said

The city has set up Resilience Points where people can recharge and get access to the essentials.

Preparations for this winter have been long. The government and local authorities have a contingency plan for different scenarios.
