President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has ordered to speed up the restoration of power supply and increase the number of repair crews after a bad weather in Ukraine that killed 12 people.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has instructed to speed up work to restore power supply after the bad weather and increase the number of repair crews and equipment. He said this at a meeting on on eliminating the consequences of the bad weather, UNN reports.

Meeting on the elimination of the consequences of the bad weather in Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, Kyiv, Poltava and Cherkasy regions. Rescuers, utilities, police and the National Guard all joined the response. Help has been provided to drivers and passengers of cars stuck on the roads

According to him, the repair of the boiler house in Odesa is underway. The ULA will help the city with this.

At the meeting, Zelenskyy ordered to speed up work on to restore power supply and increase the number of repair crews and and equipment.

Update

As of Wednesday morning, snowfall and and strong winds in Ukraine have already killed 12 people. Another 23 people were injured, including including children.
