Zelenskyy discusses economic issues with business of Dnipro region

The President of Ukraine met with representatives of local business in Dnipro region. They discussed the de-shadowing of the economy, job preservation, tax changes, and the “Made in Ukraine” program.
During a working visit to Dnipro region, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke with representatives of local business and answered their questions. This was reported by the Office of the President, UNN reports.

In particular, the parties discussed the de-shadowing of the economy, preservation of jobs and the return of people, and possible changes in the tax sphere. The Head of State emphasized that the main priority for Ukraine in the labor market was to create conditions for Ukrainians to return home from abroad.
Also during the meeting, First Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko spoke about the progress of the Made in Ukraine program in Dnipro region. According to her, the region is the third fastest in terms of lending under the Affordable Loans 5-7-9 program. The total volume since the beginning of the year is UAH 3.7 billion.
In addition, the region benefits from programs to restore its energy capacity.
In total, under both public and private initiatives, banks across the country have approved UAH 4.3 billion in energy capacity building loans.
