Zelensky signs law to limit microloan rates

The law proposes to gradually reduce and limit the maximum rate to 1% per day.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a law limiting the interest rate on microloans, UNN reports.
"The President has signed Bill No. 9422 on limiting the rates of microcreditors. The draft law proposes to gradually reduce and limit the maximum rate to 1% per day," MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak said on Telegram.
It should be added that the card of the draft law on the official website of the Verkhovna Rada states that document "was returned with the signature of the President of Ukraine."

As UNN reported, in November , the Verkhovna Rada adopted as a whole draft law No. 9422 on limiting interest rates for microcreditors. The draft law proposes to gradually reduce and limit the maximum rate to 1% per day.
