Zelenskiy says he does not need intermediaries between him and Trump

The President of Ukraine has said that he does not need intermediaries to communicate with US President-elect Donald Trump. The teams of the two presidents are already actively cooperating at the acquaintance stage.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that he does not need mediators from other countries or Ukraine to talk to US President-elect Donald Trump. He said this during a meeting of the All-Ukrainian Congress of Local and Regional Authorities, UNN reports.
"We are in a transition period in the United States. I am in contact with President Trump, we have had several meetings and conversations. I don't need any intermediaries in this, from other countries, from various politicians who are promoting this. Frankly speaking, I don't need any intermediaries between me and Trump within our country either," Zelenskyy said.
According to him, Trump's team is actively working with Zelenskyy's team, but it is still an acquaintance.
