Ukrainian track and field athlete Yaroslava Maguchikh won the high jump competition at the Diamond League in Lausanne. She was the only one to clear the height of 1.99 meters, ahead of Australia's Eleanor Patterson and Nicola Olislagers.

Ukrainian track and field athlete Yaroslava Maguchikh won the high jump and showed impressive form at the Diamond League in Lausanne. Maguchikh was the only athlete to clear 1.99 meters, which earned her first place.
Australia's Eleanor Patterson, who also took part in the competition, finished second, while the bronze medal went to Nicola Olislagers, vice-champion of the Paris Olympics.
Iryna Gerashchenko, a bronze medalist at the Paris Olympics, also took part in the competition. After a successful attempt at a height of 1.88 meters, she failed to overcome 1.92 meters. As a result, Gerashchenko took the final 5th place.
