US President Donald Trump, who previously declared a complete defeat of Iran, now expects the continuation of military actions. He promised to deliver "very strong blows".
U.S. President Donald Trump previously insisted that Iran was "totally defeated" in military terms. But during a conversation with journalists at Camp David, he acknowledged that he expects U.S. military operations to continue for some time and added — "we just want to win," reports UNN citing AP.
"We will hit them very hard," Trump said. "You know, at some point they will say: 'We can't take this anymore.'"
