The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine welcomes any effective method of conscription, including electronic messages, if feasible.
The military will be satisfied with any way to provide the army with people. This was stated by the Commander-in-Chief of the General Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, reports UNN.

The Commander-in-Chief emphasized that the General Staff and the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not make a corresponding proposal. According to him, the military is not able to assess the possibility of introducing electronic summonses.
