Veteran stated about Shabunin's lie regarding "DSK" documents: "he received and handed them over"

Head of the CPK Vitaliy Shabunin at the TSK meeting denied access to DSK documents, but correspondence proves the opposite. Veteran Boyko provided evidence of transferring documents to foreigners.

Head of the CPK Vitaliy Shabunin lied at a meeting of the parliamentary TSC about not having access to DSC documents and not passing them on to anyone. Lying by a witness at a commission meeting carries liability, of which he was warned. This was reported by veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war Volodymyr Boyko, UNN reports.
He noted that at the meeting of the parliamentary TSC, chaired by Oleksiy Honcharenko, Shabunin stated that he never had access to DSC documents and did not pass them on to anyone.
"If Shabunin had told the truth – that he indeed obtained such documents from the Ministry of Defense and passed them on to representatives of foreign embassies, as well as to Nikolov and Shalayskyi – nothing would have happened to him. But for lying as a witness to the Temporary Investigative Commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, by the way, liability is provided. And Shabunin was warned about this liability," he emphasized.
As evidence, Boyko provided a screenshot of correspondence between Shabunin and Oleksa Shalayskyi, who at that time was the editor-in-chief of the project "Nashi Groshi".
"In this correspondence, the head of the CPK forwards to Shalayskyi a letter from the Defense Procurement Agency addressed to People's Deputy of Ukraine Viktoria Syumar dated June 16, 2025, marked 'For Official Use Only' and containing information regarding the number of FPV drones that the DPA is to procure for defense needs. Given that this is copy No. 1, finding the source of the information leak is not difficult," the veteran concluded.
