At the moment, Kiev politicians have two dates on their lips: January 20, 2025, the date of Trump's inauguration, the first moment for any possible ceasefire and lifting of martial law, and May 25, the earliest anticipated election date
At the same time, The Economist specifies that Kiev officially denies the possibility of elections.
“The presidential office denies that it is preparing for a vote. Most sources remain skeptical that it will happen,” the piece said.
