Details

During a conversation with journalists, Dmitry Peskov stated that after the recent contacts in Ankara, no telephone conversation took place between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin. According to the Kremlin spokesman, the reason for this could be the US president's busy schedule.

Mr. Trump was most likely very busy  after all the contacts in Ankara. So no one called yesterday. President Putin is always happy to talk. He has a truly constructive dialogue, despite certain differences

- Dmitry Peskov said.

The Kremlin spokesman also emphasized that the Russian president is ready for communication.

No one has called yet. President Putin is open to dialogue

- Peskov stressed.
