"We are not considering this," he confirmed.
The US President said that many countries are negotiating with Washington, and they will try to conclude "fair deals" with each of them.
Trump says the US has a debt of $36 trillion "not just like that", and his administration will negotiate with many countries, including China, to fix it.
"We will make fair deals with every country, and if we don't, they won't be able to participate in negotiations with the US," he adds.
He also says the US "has been robbed by many countries for many years."
"We can't do that anymore. We can't be stupid people anymore," he says.
