The US is preparing an act recognizing Zurabishvili as the only legitimate president of Georgia

Next week, the US Congress will introduce an act recognizing Salome Zurabishvili as the only legitimate president of Georgia. This is reported by UNN with reference to a statement by Republican Joe Wilson on the social network X.

I will introduce the Georgian Nightmare Non-Recognition Act, which would prohibit the U.S. from recognizing the illegal dictatorial regime in Georgia and recognize Salome Zurabishvili as the only legitimate leader in Georgia until free and fair elections are held

Rep. Joe Wilson, who chairs the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee, also noted that the act prohibits the US from recognizing the illegal regime in Georgia.

It is noted that this is the period until fair re-elections are held in the country.
