Citing U.S. officials, the newspaper writes that the missiles should arrive in Ukraine in the coming weeks.
It is noted that the missiles should meet Ukraine's air defense needs by the end of this year.
It is noted that more than $7 billion allocated by the Pentagon to transfer weapons and ammunition to Ukraine from its stockpiles remain unspent, as well as more than $2 billion intended to finance long-term contracts for the supply of equipment to Kyiv.
