The Security Service of Ukraine confirmed the results of long-range sanctions for the week of the 40-day SBU operation, showing them on a map, reports UNN.

Details

"Last week, the Security Service of Ukraine carried out a series of long-range strikes on strategic military and fuel-energy facilities of the aggressor state. All these special operations are part of a campaign to systematically reduce the military-economic potential of the Russian Federation, which was approved by the President of Ukraine," the SBU statement said.

As the SBU indicated, the strikes, in particular, targeted:

  • the Russian Federation's "shadow fleet."

Tanker "Blue" — an SBU Sea Baby naval drone struck a Suezmax-class tanker that is part of Russia's "shadow fleet." The vessel was near temporarily occupied Yalta in Ukraine's exclusive economic zone. Despite attempts by Russian aviation to intercept the naval drone, Sea Baby successfully hit the stern of the tanker.

The tanker is under sanctions from the EU, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Ukraine for transporting Russian oil in circumvention of international restrictions.

    • fuel-energy infrastructure.
      1. The "Cherkasy" oil pumping station (Bashkortostan) — one of the key facilities of the Transneft-Ural system, located 1,500 km from the state border of Ukraine. At least eight SBU strike drones hit the tank farm and production facilities of the station. Nearly 2 million tons of petroleum products are transported through this facility annually.
        1. The "Chervona Zorya" oil depot (Tver Oblast) — after hits by Ukrainian drones, a fire broke out on the facility's territory. The oil depot handles the receipt, storage, and dispensing of gasoline and diesel fuel.
          1. The "Stavropolska" oil depot (Stavropol Krai) — another important element of Russia's fuel logistics. After the strike, a large-scale fire broke out at the facility.
            1. A tank with petroleum products and a pumping station at the "TES-Terminal-1" oil depot in Kerch.
              • oil infrastructure.
                1. The Yaroslavl Oil Refinery and the "Yaroslavl" oil pumping station (Yaroslavl Oblast) — one of the largest oil refineries in the Russian Federation.
                  1. The oil loading terminal of the "Vysotsk" seaport (Leningrad Oblast) — as a result of the strike, two oil loading stands were put out of action, and three tanks with petroleum products were hit.
                    1. The "Pervy Zavod" oil refinery (Kaluga Oblast) — after the strike by Ukrainian drones, a fire broke out at the enterprise.
                      • military infrastructure.
                        1. The "Gvardiyske" airfield in temporarily occupied Crimea — three hangars with aviation equipment were hit.
                          1. Also hit were a "Pantsir-S2" anti-aircraft missile system near Simferopol and a mobile fire group in Kerch.
                            1. In Kurakhove and Hranitne (Donetsk Oblast), fire strikes were carried out on deployment sites of UAV unit crews, destroying warehouses with drones and warheads for them, as well as ground control stations for unmanned systems.
                              1. In Sorokyne (Luhansk Oblast), a warehouse of large-caliber munitions was hit. After the strike, a large-scale fire broke out and a prolonged detonation of ammunition occurred.

"The SBU is systematically moving the war to the territory of Russia and striking temporarily occupied territories, weakening the military and economic infrastructure of the aggressor state. Thanks to such special operations, the enemy is paying an increasingly higher price for every day of the war against Ukraine," the special service emphasized.
