"The fighters of the UAV group of the 3rd separate assault brigade are performing the most difficult tasks in the hottest spots. They need maximum support for successful combat operations and saving lives. So when we were approached with a request for two vehicles, we did not hesitate for a minute. The Mitsubishi Pajero Sport SUV and Mitsubishi L200 pickup truck were promptly purchased, and today we handed them over to the defenders," said Natalia Prykhodko, a volunteer of the Fund.
According to the platoon commander of the 3rd Assault Brigade, call sign Petro, the peculiarity of their combat work is the need to travel off-road a lot to prepare positions unnoticed by the enemy, which is why they need these vehicles.
"Since the first days of the large-scale Russian aggression, our Foundation has been supporting the military with everything they need. From ammunition and protective gear to high-tech equipment and vehicles. We will continue to do our best to support our defenders and save their lives," said Andriy Feshchenko, Director of the Foundation.
In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, the defenders have received from the Vadym Stolar Foundation about 50 thousand pieces of military equipment, tools and clothing, almost 600 pieces of high-tech equipment, such as quadcopters, anti-drone systems, electronic warfare systems, thermal imagers, video cameras, and 59 specialized off-road vehicles, armored vehicles and motor boats.
