A shooting occurred at the K Towne Plaza shopping center north of Dallas, Texas, leaving two people dead and three others injured. This was reported by the Associated Press, according to UNN.

The incident took place on Tuesday in the city of Carrollton. According to police, the 69-year-old suspect, Seong Han Ho, opened fire after meeting with people he knew.
"It was a business relationship. We are still working to determine the motive (for the incident - ed.),"
After the shooting, the man fled but was apprehended approximately 6 kilometers away at a grocery store following a brief foot pursuit.
Victims in stable condition; police and FBI working at the scene
The three injured individuals were hospitalized and are reported to be in stable condition. Following the incident, law enforcement cordoned off the shopping center area, and FBI agents joined in collecting evidence at the scene.
Police also searched a nearby apartment complex where, according to preliminary data, the suspect had previously resided.
Community in shock over shooting in Korean district
The shopping center is located in an area known as Carrollton's Koreatown, home to a significant Korean-American community.
