Russians invented a "drill" to cover up an explosion at the Rosneft oil depot

The explosion at the Rosneft oil depot in Voronezh, which was the result of an alleged sabotage, was disguised by local authorities as a "training exercise" to hide the failure of local Voronezh leaders in the security sector.
As a result of the explosion of a Rosneft fuel tank in the city of Voronezh, a fire broke out. In order to to hide their own failure to secure critical facilities, Voronezh leaders invented a "drill" right next to a "multi-ton" fuel tanker. This was reported by. According to the GUR of Ukraine, the explosion on the territory of the "Rosneft oil depot occurred on December 12, 2023. What kind of "training" is the work of of local investigative bodies at the Voronezh oil depot is disguised as, as indicated, it is currently is unclear even to the investigators themselves.
