On July 28, Russian forces shelled 9 settlements in Donetsk region, injuring three civilians. Forty-eight civilian objects were damaged, including residential buildings, shops, and infrastructure.
Three residents of Donetsk region were wounded by Russian shelling on July 28. The Russian army shelled 9 settlements in the region. In particular, residential buildings, shops, a gas pipeline and power lines were damaged. UNN reports this with reference to the regional police.

According to law enforcement officials, Russian troops fired 2952 times at the front line and residential areas of Donetsk region. Nine settlements were under fire: the cities of Lyman, Myrnohrad, Toretsk, the village of Hrodivka, the villages of Zorya, Katerynivka, Mykolayivka, Novyi Komar, and Novoukrainka.
Forty-eight civilian objects were damaged, including 35 residential buildings, shops, outbuildings, garages, cars, a gas pipeline and power lines.
- Russians dropped 10 KAB-250 bombs on Toretsk and shelled the city with artillery. Two civilians were wounded, at least 4 apartment buildings and 2 shops were damaged.
- In Katerynivka , an artillery shell injured a person and damaged a private house.
- The occupants hit Myrnohrad with an UMBP D30 SN bomb, damaging 24 private houses and 2 civilian cars.
- Liman was attacked by a KAB-250 aircraft bomb, damaging garages and civilian cars.
- Russian troops shelled Zorya with artillery - a private house and a car were damaged, communications were disrupted.
- In the village of Novyi Komar , a drone strike damaged a private house and three outbuildings.
