Details

Russian propaganda is spreading false claims that EU countries allegedly plan to forcibly return men of mobilization age from 23 to 60 years old to Ukraine by March 2027

- the statement reads.

It is noted that hostile resources use emotional manipulation and fabricated plots, trying to portray European states, in particular Germany, Denmark and Poland, as "cruel and heartless executors" who allegedly perceive Ukrainians as "expendable material."

The Center for Strategic Communications emphasized that the main goals of this information operation are to undermine Ukrainians' trust in European partners, provoke tension between Ukrainian refugees and the governments of EU countries, discredit mobilization processes in Ukraine, and promote the narrative of Ukraine's alleged loss of sovereignty.

According to the Center, on July 1 alone, about 120 FIMI resources published almost 4,500 materials mentioning Ukraine, spreading destructive narratives and information manipulations.
