This morning, the occupiers struck the center of Kharkiv. According to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the fact that the missiles fell ten meters from residential buildings was a "lucky accident."
The minister also said that the National Police, the State Emergency Service, local authorities and Kharkiv utilities are currently working to eliminate the consequences of the enemy attack and evacuate people and their property as quickly as possible.
