Residents of the occupied Luhansk region have received bills with excessive charges for electricity and gas. The so-called 'government of the luhansk people's republic' refused to cancel these charges, despite the increase in tariffs on July 1.
Thousands of residents of the so-called “lPR” have received bills with excessive charges for electricity and natural gas amid rising tariffs. In addition, according to the decision of the so-called “government of the lPR”, the relevant charges remain in force.

Last year, thousands of residents of the so-called “luhansk people's republic” received bills with excessive charges for electricity and natural gas. The invaders did not even take into account the benefits promised for some settlements near the front line. Some people paid these amounts, some did not.
According to a decision recently made by the “government of the lPR”, accruals for more than seven months of the year will not be canceled.
The money will remain with the supplier as payment for the use of services in the future. Tariffs have already been raised in the occupied Luhansk region since July 1, the Luhansk Regional State Administration informs.
