"Reserve+ has a large-scale failure. You should take paper documents with you," journalist Andriy Tsaplienko wrote on Telegram.
The print screen of the message from the app he published reads: "We have a technical problem".

The Reserve+ application from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine was created for conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists. It allows you to obtain an electronic military record document, apply for a deferment, and choose your vacancy in the Defense Forces among thousands of different options.
