Law No. 7438 was initiated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for the period of martial law in Ukraine. The document was subsequently approved by parliamentarians and signed by the head of state in May.
The ban applies to fireworks, including salutes and firecrackers. However, the exception is class F1 fireworks, which have a very low level of danger and a low noise level not exceeding 60 dB.
