Russian troops have started hiding homemade explosive devices in wet wipe packages. Residents are urged to be careful and not touch suspicious objects.
In the Kherson region, Russians have begun disguising improvised explosive devices in wet wipe packaging. This was reported by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Yaroslav Shanko, writes UNN.

"If you see a suspicious or unattended object, do not touch it or try to move it under any circumstances," added Shanko.
