In Sievierodonetsk and other occupied settlements of Luhansk region, Russians are cutting off the Internet. Russian security forces threaten owners of establishments that provide access to Wi-Fi.
In the occupied territory of Luhansk region, Russian invaders continue to prevent the population from using the Internet. This was reported by the head of the Luhansk regional military administration Artem Lysogor in Telegram, UNN reports .

According to Lysogor, the Russian occupiers cut off the Internet in Sievierodonetsk a long time ago. Local residents were forced to look for alternatives - they went to settlements on the road to Luhansk, such as Smolianynove, Novokhtyrka, and Novoaydar. There, in shops or other public places, they sold passwords to Wi-Fi, which allowed them to contact their relatives for a short time.
Recently, representatives of Russian law enforcement agencies have begun issuing warnings to the owners of such establishments
He also added that the situation has now deteriorated significantly. Russian security forces have begun to put pressure on the owners of such establishments, threatening to cut off the Internet.

Starting January 1, 2025, residents of the occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia region without Russian passports will be equated with foreigners. They face forced eviction due to the 90-day visa-free stay limit.
