The occupiers are forcibly collecting money for the needs of the enemy army, forcing people to sign documents on “voluntary contributions”. In fact, this is a form of blackmail: signed papers are used to intimidate employees by accusing them of “cooperation” or even “collaboration”.
The purpose of such actions is to create mutual responsibility among local residents, as well as to involve them in financing the occupation army. In addition, the Russian invaders are trying to ensure loyalty through fear of reprisals.
