NABU “detained” minor children on the highway near Kyiv - they were forbidden to call a lawyer, citing the order of the leadership

An 8-year-old schoolgirl and her 5-year-old sister were heading to school and kindergarten with their father. At a checkpoint near Kyiv, at approximately 8 a.m., the car was stopped by NABU detectives with armed special forces. For almost two hours, the children remained blocked in the car, without communication with their mother or lawyers, reports UNN.

The detectives forbade calling a lawyer, citing the leadership's "order". This all happened in the eyes of the police, who confirmed the fact of the children's "detention".

At about 10 o'clock, the children's mother accidentally discovered them at the checkpoint. At this moment, the car with the children was surrounded by armed NABU special forces in the number of five people, and the children were locked in the car.

The children's father is a Kyiv lawyer, in whose office NABU established illegal wiretapping, where it recorded conversations with clients of lawyers - the NABU's own defendants. The National Association of Lawyers stated in detail about the gross violations of detectives of Semen Kryvonos, which also appealed to the SBI and the Office of the Prosecutor General with a demand to open criminal proceedings against NABU detectives. 

The children's mother stated in a comment to UNN that she would appeal to the Commissioner for Children's Rights. She considers NABU's actions a cynical and deliberate violation of the rights of minor children, which caused psychological violence against them. A psychologist is currently working with the children.

It is reported that the actions of NABU have been recorded and entered into official protocols.
